El Dispositivo is much more than a house: it is a beachfront experience. Located in the east of the development, it is a bioclimatic refuge designed to disconnect, breathe, and feel the landscape of Tenerife from every corner, featuring a terrace perfectly sheltered from the trade winds.

Its open spaces, natural light, and constant connection with the outdoors create a unique sensation of freedom and calm. It is a place designed to be enjoyed without rushing. Furthermore, a small 30 cm deep pond integrated into the west terrace reinforces the feeling of peace and tranquility, inviting rest and total disconnection during the magical sunsets of Tenerife.

From its terraces and solarium, the views of the ocean and Mount Teide accompany every sunrise and sunset, allowing time here to be experienced in a different way.
